1. Service
MagicPick is a local photo organization tool for iOS / iPadOS. It provides similar and duplicate detection, photo scoring, and batch cleanup. Core analysis runs locally, except for the first-time preparation of AI models.
2. Important Notes
Deletion: MagicPick deletes photos through iOS system APIs. Deleted photos move to Recently Deleted and can be restored within 30 days. Please review your selection before confirming.
Similarity and low-quality judgments are generated by machine learning models and are for reference only.
Do not use MagicPick as your only backup or archive tool.
You are responsible for the final decision to delete photos based on scan results.
3. Intellectual Property
The app’s code, design, copy, icons, and model weights are owned by the developer or used under lawful authorization. You may not reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially redevelop them without permission.
4. Third-Party Components
MagicPick uses Apple platform frameworks and publicly licensed on-device machine learning models, subject to their respective licenses.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without guarantees of absolute accuracy or uninterrupted operation.
The developer is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by mistaken deletion, model judgment, device issues, or system updates.
iOS Recently Deleted is the recovery mechanism after deletion. Please use it carefully.
